(Dow Jones via eFXnews) USD/CAD - to consolidate with bearish bias. Undermined by easing investor risk aversion, buoyant commodity & oil prices (Nymex crude settled up 40 cents yesterday at $85.81/bbl); 7.3% jump in Canada September housing starts to 205,900 (vs 189,000 forecast).
