U.S. deficits higher than Obama budgeted: CBO

U.S. President Barack Obama's budget plans would rack up US$9.8 trillion more U.S. debt by 2020, or US$1.2 trillion more than the White House has forecast, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) said on Friday.
