U.S. Dollar: Intraday Reversals Tell an Important Story

Judging from the price action in the equity markets and the change in the value of the dollar from Friday, one would assume that the summer doldrums have hit the financial markets. The dollar ended the U.S. trading session modestly higher against the British pound and Australian dollar but lower against the Japanese Yen.
