Oil prices in free fall, but gasoline prices fairly stable. O reductions limited to a minimum.It's been exactly one month from the definition of the famous "Protocol" against the rising price of fuel at the table of the Ministry of Economic Development, shared by oil companies, associations, distributors and consumers.
