Japan PM, BoJ governor discuss deflation

Japan’s Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama and Bank of Japan (BoJ) governor Masaaki Shirakawa yesterday discussed the need to step up efforts to beat deflation and agreed to meet every three months to keep tabs on the economy.
