FINANCIAL fiascos have maintained their grip on Europe with France warning that the euro will prove to have been a useless creation if debt-laden Greece is allowed to fail while Iceland has overwhelmingly rejected a Bill to saddle each citizen with $US16,400 ($A18,060) of debt.
