Euro Retakes 1.2200 - Short Term Bottom In Place?

Risk FX was well bid at the start of the week with EUR/USD rising to a one week high and cable running through the 1.4700 handle on the back of positive equity flows and short covering by some spec accounts. The Nikkei ended the session up 1.8% while European bourses were broadly higher by 1% at the open.
