EUR USD is Making Loud Noise

EUR USD has rallied above the 1.2670 resistance line and it hit the high of 1.2699 so far. On the upside, breaking the 1.2670 resistance line would argue that the recovery from the 1.1875 low has been completed and to look for the EUR USD to target the 1.3092 resistance line next. On the downside, if the 1.2479 minor resistance line ....
