ECB's Nowotny 'Relaxed' About 'Relatively High' Euro

European Central Bank Governing Council member Ewald Nowotny said while the euro's exchange rate is "relatively high" at the moment, the ECB has no target for the currency and he's "relaxed" about its short-term moves.
