Speculation that European Union officials will meet on Thursday to discuss some kind of aid package for Greece helped to boost the Euro in today’s trading as well as give an overall benefit to risk appetite. Equities and commodity prices were higher leading to a rally in commodity-linked currencies like the Aussie and Kiwi.
