Canadians drive south for shopping deals

There's something about cross-border shopping that pushes buttons for Canadian consumers. It might make sense to drive across the U.S./Canada border when the Loonie is riding high, but we continue on, even when our dollar is scraping bottom and we add in the extra costs of gasoline.
