3 Issues with a EUR/CHF Floor at 1.25

There is ample chatter overnight of the Swiss National Bank considering moving its floor on the EUR/CHF to 1.25 as labor unions demand that the SNB do more to help exporters. There are a couple of problems that come with such a strategy.
