US markets open in red after downbeat housing data

US markets have opened Wednesday’s session with losses with investors’ sentiment deteriorated by European debt concerns and the unexpectedly deep decline on Housing Starts. On FX markets, The Dollar remains consolidating at recent lows against Euro and Pound.
