Risk FX trades recovered some of their losses at the start of the European open as the situation at the troubled Fukushima nuclear plant appeared to have stabilized after helicopters doused the reactors with water and TEPCO officials stated that they were trying to attach their water pumps back to the grid on order to increase the cooling
