Dollar Mixed as Risk Aversion Dominates

The U.S. dollar was mixed Tuesday as month end-considerations and risk aversion dominate. Given the heightened concern about the possibility of Bank of Japan intervention, the Swiss franc has taken over the safe-haven lead from the Japanese yen.
