The contract that roared. The March crude oil went out like the proverbial lion soaring to yet another record close soaring to a stunning $100.74 dollars a barrel close. March shorts got squeezed if you please and had to cover before contract expiration. Oil was impressive and closed strong across the curve yet the now lead month - April - contract seemed almost reluctant to close higher.
