Existing Home Sales Rise In December

Sales of existing homes in the United States improved in the month of December, according to the National Association of Realtors. Survey findings jumped by an impressive 5%, increasing the annualized rate to 4.61 million. The month’s results jump above downwardly revised November findings – which showed a 4.39 million annual pace.
