SOFTS: March sugar closed up 96 points at 28.92 cents
today. Prices closed near the session high today and
scored a bullish “outside day” up on the daily bar chart.
The bulls have the solid near-term technical advantage
and were able to post strong gains today despite a
stronger U.S. dollar, which is another bullish clue for
